New to the Neighborhood!

We are so delighted that you have chosen to join our wonderful neighborhood. We hope that you become connected with our wonderful neighborhood and experience the unique culture of friendliness and amazing neighbors that encompasses Berkeley. As a new neighbor, let us share some friendly advice about our community as we are very different than other neighborhoods in Fort Worth.

First, we say hello! We watch out for our neighbors and get to know them. Our neighborhood isn’t just a home that we sleep in, but rather a tight knit community where we are all connected. We have an active neighborhood association where we produce a monthly newsletter, put on 4-6 community events each year for everyone, and actively support our neighborhood at City Hall.

So please get involved, meet your neighbors, and remember that we are so excited that you joined our community. You can sign up to send and receive information on our neighborhood email system. This is a great way to get connected and know what is going on; whether that is about events, asking about services others have used, or to let people know about suspicious people or crimes.

Another great way to stay informed and connected is through our Berkeley Place Association Facebook page which is open only to residents. We do support all of these activities through our dues, which are extremely reasonable for the amount of services that the BPA provides. While the dues are not mandatory, all are encouraged to pay their fair share.
