Current verbiage within our bylaws states:

Section 1. Regular meetings of the BPA shall be held monthly with the exception of December and June on a day designated from time to time by the President or Executive Committee. Special meetings may be called by the President or Executive Committee.

Amended verbiage, should it be approved:

Section 1. Regular meetings of the BPA shall be held quarterly on a day designated by the President or Executive Committee. Special meetings may be called by the President or Executive Committee.
