Membership Dues

BPA membership dues are $20/year/household and are due after July 1 each year.

The Berkeley Place Association (BPA) is a non-profit organization. From the bylaws, the purpose of the Association is to:

promote neighborhood unity, civic spirit, and good will among area residents
to protect and promote the interests of residents
to promote the improvements of public facilities and services
and to interact with government agencies and other civic public organizations for the advocacy and general welfare of the residents of Berkeley Place.

All residents are encouraged to join the BPA simply by paying the yearly household membership dues. See the information box on this page to find out how.

Below is a list of all the volunteers who help to make Berkeley a great place to live! The BPA meets on the second Thursday of each month (except June and December) at 7pm. All residents are welcome and encouraged to attend. The meeting dates and locations are located on the home page.

Each street in Berkeley has a Street Rep that is responsible for delivering Poobahs and special notices, collecting dues, and wrapping the light poles at Christmas time. The list below shows who your street rep is. If you are interested in becoming a Street rep, click here to see what's involved.
