The Berkeley Place Association (BPA) is a non-profit organization. From the bylaws, the purpose of the Association is to:

Below is a list of all the volunteers who help to make Berkeley a great place to live! The BPA meets on the second Thursday of each month (except June and December) at 7pm. All residents are welcome and encouraged to attend. The meeting dates and locations are located on the home page.
Each street in Berkeley has a Street Rep that is responsible for delivering Poobahs and special notices, collecting dues, and wrapping the light poles at Christmas time. The list below shows who your street rep is. If you are interested in becoming a Street rep, click here to see what's involved.
